My name is Maxwell Kofi Dziku, and I am a passionate and enthusiastic person who is a student of improvement and a technology enthusiast. My passion in life is summed up in these words “you must be the change you wish to see in this world.”
Being a native of Ghana, I spent the first 15 years of my professional life after college working there as a teacher, missionary and consultant among other roles to gain an extensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in a developing country, before coming to the States for further studies.
Among all my roles, my favorite was and still is helping young people develop their leadership capacity, innovation skills, self-worth, a sense of purpose in life and a ‘can do mindset’.
I recognize that technology plays a crucial role in our daily lives for work, socialization and education in the 21st century. With my educational background in educational leadership and technology, coupled with a diverse work experience, my goal is to help individuals and organizations to redesign solutions for the challenges they face in technology integration in work and school.
To attain the above goal, I am focused on authoring quality educational technology-rich content on key issues and challenges in education and providing professional development and consultancy services for organizations and schools.
I welcome opportunities to collaborate in redesigning educational solutions, present at workshops and provide professional development in organizations and schools across globe. I am especially seeking to work on projects that give back to society and help solve problems in developing countries and poor neighborhoods.
With my diverse background, I am able to bring to every project I undertake a rich mix of skills and experiences to enhance the quality of the output.
I love to learn new things, share ideas, work in and with teams and network to productive ends.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me for professional and networking opportunities. Thank you..
